Registration Errors from (www.cactus.com)

When I go to Register my LONE-TAR on the Lone Star Software website (www.cactus.com), I get an error saying Serial Number and Activation Key do not match.

Problem Description
When registering LONE-TAR for the first time on our website (www.cactus.com), you are getting an error with a Serial Number & Activation Key mismatch. You have tried entering the information several times but still get the error message.

Cause
The main cause of this issue is trying to enter your LONE-TAR licensing information for the wrong operating system. When doing the registration for the first time, please make sure that the system information is accurate. By default that drop down menu-box has SCO 6 selected. If you do not change this to the proper operating system you purchased LONE-TAR for, you will get this error every time.

Solution
Double Check the following:

- LONE-TAR Serial Number & Activation Key entered match what is on the license PDF File.
- Make sure the Operating System Field matches the operating system you plan to install
LONE-TAR on.
- If all else fails, please contact Lone Star Software for help.
